Background Introduction
To implement the CPC Central Committee and the State Council’s directives on deepening the reform of industry–education integration, further advance this integration, and foster seamless connections among the education chain, talent chain, industrial chain, and innovation chain—thereby establishing a model of robust industry–education collaboration and complementary strengths between schools and enterprises—we aim to address structural employment imbalances and actively explore an industry–education integration pathway with Chinese characteristics. In response, Kentuo Group has established the Kentuo Group Industry–Education Integration Research Institute.
Guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, we will comprehensively implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Adhering to the new development philosophy, we aim to achieve all‑round integration between the supply side of talent cultivation and the demand side of industry, with the core objective of training a large number of high‑quality technical and skilled personnel. By leveraging institutional innovation and platform development as key levers, and ensuring market‑oriented operations as a safeguard, we will pursue an integrated path of industry–university–research collaboration, transforming the Industry–Research Institute into a community of collaborative education that embodies China’s distinctive approach to integrating industry and education.
