Founded in 2019 by Kentuo Intelligent Equipment (Tianjin) Group, Kentuo Smart Control Craftsman Academy was recognized as a Craftsman Academy of Jinnan District in 2024 and elevated to the Tianjin Municipal Craftsman Academy in 2025, subsequently being included on the All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ list of key-supported craftsman academies. The academy focuses on cultivating high-end talent for intelligent manufacturing, having invested a total of RMB 20 million to build a 9,000-square-meter, state-of-the-art training center capable of accommodating 500 trainees simultaneously. It boasts a distinguished faculty of over 50 dual‑qualified instructors, including experts receiving special government allowances from the State Council, as well as national and municipal technical leaders; all instructors hold qualifications at or above the technician level. Adhering to independent research and development, the academy has created hundreds of proprietary training platforms, more than a hundred specialized textbooks, and over 600 high‑quality online courses, establishing an integrated teaching system. To date, it has organized more than 600 skill‑training sessions, educating over 14,000 participants, and has nurtured more than 30 outstanding talents, including National Young Skilled Workers and Provincial Technical Experts, thereby becoming a regional hub for cultivating intelligent manufacturing professionals.
As a key institution receiving prioritized support from the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the college has secured a total of RMB 2 million in special funding at both the national and municipal levels. Of this, the first tranche—30%, amounting to RMB 600,000—has already been disbursed. Moving forward, the college will focus on cutting-edge sectors such as artificial intelligence, digital twins, and embodied intelligence, continuously upgrading its hands-on training facilities, refining its talent-development framework, and enhancing mechanisms for skill‑based career advancement. By doing so, it aims to further amplify the exemplary and leading role of the National-Level Craftsman Academy, deepen industry–education integration, cultivate high‑caliber artisan talent, and consistently supply the region’s smart manufacturing sector with high‑quality technical and skilled professionals.

The company’s Party branch has organized a thematic study and discussion session titled “Warmly Welcoming the 20th National Congress and Pooling Strength to Pursue Development.”

As the entire nation—across all sectors and walks of life—is deeply studying and comprehending the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Branch of Kentuo (Tianjin) Industrial Automation Technology Co., Ltd. recently organized a study-and-discussion session for all branch committee members, Party members based in Tianjin, and prospective Party members, under the theme “Warmly Welcoming the 20th Congress, Pooling Strength to Pursue Development.” Prior to the session, all participants watched the CPC’s international promotional video, “CPC.” Subsequently, Ge Yuntao, Secretary of the company’s Party Branch and General Manager, led all Party members—including prospective members—in a re‑reading of the full text of the report delivered at the 20th National Congress. He then provided an interpretation of the eight key requirements set forth in the report for Party members, emphasizing the critical importance and far‑reaching significance of consistently and rigorously implementing them. Following this, the participating Party members and prospective members shared their insights and reflections on the spirit of the Congress report, pledging to translate their learning into concrete actions that enhance their work performance, leverage their exemplary roles to guide those around them in efficiently completing their duties, and strive to achieve outstanding results and make new contributions to the company’s development. In closing, Secretary Ge Yuntao once again urged all Party members to continue deepening their study and understanding of the Congress report after the meeting, constantly strengthening their political awareness, firming up their political stance, maintaining political resolve, and strictly observing political discipline, so as to remain steadfast in loving, believing in, safeguarding, and following the Party. It is also reported that, as part of the “Warmly Welcoming the 20th Congress, Pooling Strength to Pursue Development” campaign, the Party Branch will organize additional activities among all Party members, such as “Offering One Proposal for Enterprise Development from My Post” and “The Party Emblem Shines at My Post,” further encouraging Party members to sustain their role as pioneers and models.

To thoroughly study, publicize, and implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, strengthen Party member education and management, enhance the quality of the Party membership, and maintain the advanced nature and purity of the ranks, in accordance with the requirements of the “Notice of Jinan District on Carrying Out Study and Publicity of the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress” and the “Notice of the General Office of the CPC Jinan District Committee on Conducting Study and Publicity of the Spirit of the 20th CPC National Congress,” our company’s Party branch organized all Party members to participate in the online rotational training session on the spirit of the 20th National Congress, hosted by the Jinan District Party Committee, on December 27–28, 2022. This round of training was conducted online, comprising two components: theoretical study and viewing educational films. On the 27th, the session focused on deepening understanding of the spirit of the 20th National Congress, enhancing the sense of initiative and resolve in studying and implementing it, gaining a more profound grasp of the decisive significance of the “two establishments,” and consciously strengthening the “four consciousnesses,” firmly upholding the “four confidences,” and resolutely safeguarding the “two safeguards.” On the morning of the 28th, in line with the requirements, the Party branch arranged for members to watch the patriotic film “My People, My Country.” That same afternoon, the branch organized a study session on the newly revised Constitution of the Communist Party of China, followed by an exchange of views. The majority of Party members agreed that this focused learning had provided them with a deeper and more updated understanding of the capabilities and qualities expected of Party members in the new era. While organizing the full participation of all Party members in the rotational training, the Party branch also took advantage of the subsequent three days to arrange for all members of the Party branch committee to attend the “Shuanggang Town 2022 Online Training Course on Enhancing the Competencies and Qualities of Grassroots Governance Cadres under the Leadership of Party Building.” And…
