The school boasts a highly qualified, top‑tier faculty, with robust teaching capabilities and a well‑established educational system. Currently, there are 5 senior experts and doctoral degree holders, 8 senior dual‑qualified professionals, and over 50 full‑time and part‑time instructors in skills and technical training. Among them: 1 expert receiving a special government allowance; 1 recipient of the National May Day Labor Medal; 3 National Technical Experts; 1 National Young Skilled Worker; 1 leader of a National Skills Master Studio; 10 Tianjin City Technical Experts; 5 recipients of the Tianjin City May Day Labor Medal; and 1 Tianjin City March 8th Red Banner Holder.
 

The faculty members have deep expertise in core areas such as intelligent manufacturing, mechatronics, PLC control, industrial robotics, digital twins, and the Industrial Internet. They have achieved outstanding results in both research and teaching, having published 13 specialized monographs, co-authored 32 school‑based textbooks, and authored dozens of professional papers. They hold over a hundred patents and have won municipal awards for scientific and technological progress and teaching excellence, as well as numerous national and municipal championships, runner‑up titles, and third‑place finishes in skill competitions. With many years of experience in vocational education, the team is dedicated to industry–education integration and integrated work‑study teaching reform, building highly efficient, high‑quality practical training platforms.   1. Pei Ning

A member of the Communist Party of China, he holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and is an advanced electrical engineer, an electrician technician, and a certified programmer‑controller designer technician. He also serves as a national-level judge in vocational skills competitions, a qualified instructor for Siemens Industrial Technology Certification programs, and has been recognized as a National Young Skilled Worker, a Tianjin City Technical Expert, a recipient of the Tianjin May Day Labor Medal, a Tianjin March 8th Red Banner holder, and an outstanding individual in innovation, entrepreneurship, and excellence in Tianjin. He has published six academic papers and obtained two patents. In the 12th “Revitalization Cup” National Youth Vocational Skills Competition, he secured first place nationwide in the Programmer‑Controller Designer category. He has officiated at prestigious events including the World Robot Contest, the Digital China Innovation Competition, and the Hainan Free Trade Port Vocational Skills Competition.

  1. Li Hongwei

Bachelor of Engineering, electrical engineer, senior electrician, provincial-level vocational skills competition judge, FANUC robot programmer, and National Young Skilled Worker. Has published two academic papers and obtained 16 patents. Won the second prize in the Workers’ Category at the 3rd National Industrial Robot Technology Application Skills Competition, as well as the second prize in the Industrial Robot System Operator event of the Workers’ Category at the 17th “Revitalization Cup” National Youth Vocational Skills Competition. Has served as a judge for events including the Tianjin “Haihe Craftsman Cup” Vocational Skills Competition, the Lüban Workshop International Invitational on “Smart Production Line Installation and Commissioning,” and the Tianjin Youth Workers’ Vocational Skills Competition.

Main research areas: mechatronics, industrial robotics, industrial control, Industry 4.0, and industrial networks, among others.

  1. Xu Jingqi

Bachelor of Engineering, electrical engineer, human resources management professional, senior industrial robot systems operator, and holder of a private school principal qualification certificate. Has published one academic paper and obtained two patents. Has served multiple times as a judge or mentor in competitions such as the Information Literacy Contest, Robotics Competition, and Innovation & Entrepreneurship Contest. Has organized and participated in national-level vocational education training programs, various vocational skills competition workshops, and nationwide professional competency‑enhancement courses. Well-versed in the latest technologies and development trends in the field of electrical engineering, capable of integrating cutting-edge industry standards and regulations into teaching. Continuously pursues pedagogical reform, committed to cultivating highly competent and competitive professionals in the electrical engineering sector.

He placed first in the Industrial Robot Operation and Adjustment category at the Tianjin regional qualifiers of the 7th National Workers’ Vocational Skills Competition. He has served as on-site technical support for national-level competitions, including the Industrial Control event of the 1st National Vocational Skills Competition, the Electrician event in the workers’ category of the 17th “Revitalization Cup” National Youth Vocational Skills Competition, and the Robot Systems Integration event of the 2nd National Vocational Skills Competition’s mechanical industry preliminaries.

Bachelor of Engineering, electrical engineer, senior electrician, senior industrial robot systems operator, and FANUC robot C‑level certification trainer. He has participated in the authorship and publication of one textbook and 15 school‑based teaching materials. In 2026, he placed third in the Industrial Vision System Operation and Maintenance category of the “Haihe Craftsman Cup” Skills Competition—Modern Industrial Systems, in the enterprise employee group. He has also served as on‑site technical support for national-level competitions, including the Industrial Vision System Operator event in the student category of the 18th “Revitalization Cup” National Youth Vocational Skills Competition, and the Industry 4.0 event at the Second National Vocational Skills Competition of the People’s Republic of China.

The company’s Party branch has organized a thematic study and discussion session titled “Warmly Welcoming the 20th National Congress and Pooling Strength to Pursue Development.”

He then provided an interpretation of the eight key requirements set forth in the report for Party members, emphasizing the critical importance and far‑reaching significance of consistently and rigorously implementing them. Following this, the participating Party members and prospective members shared their insights and reflections on the spirit of the Congress report, pledging to translate their learning into concrete actions that enhance their work performance, leverage their exemplary roles to guide those around them in efficiently completing their duties, and strive to achieve outstanding results and make new contributions to the company’s development. In closing, Secretary Ge Yuntao once again urged all Party members to continue deepening their study and understanding of the Congress report after the meeting, constantly strengthening their political awareness, firming up their political stance, maintaining political resolve, and strictly observing political discipline, so as to remain steadfast in loving, believing in, safeguarding, and following the Party. This round of training was conducted online, comprising two components: theoretical study and viewing educational films.
