The school closely aligns with industry needs and, in response to the market’s demand for diverse, specialized, and personalized talent, has implemented customized education and established a comprehensive curriculum‑training system. The curriculum encompasses six major categories—electrical engineering, PLC programming, industrial robotics, specialized skills training, certification preparation camps, and national and international competition preparation—organized into four core modules: foundational courses, thematic workshops, certification‑focused training, and competition‑oriented programs. From introductory levels to advanced proficiency, this structured approach provides learners with a complete, step‑by‑step learning pathway, significantly enhancing the relevance and effectiveness of vocational skills development. Targeting diverse audiences—including corporate technical professionals, educators, and competition participants—the school offers differentiated, multi‑tiered training services to meet the varied learning needs of all participants.
The school adheres to a competency‑based approach, closely aligns with industry trends, continuously updates its curriculum, and consistently elevates the overall quality of its training programs. In terms of curriculum resource development, it has achieved remarkable results: to date, it has independently authored more than 20 textbooks and over 90 hands‑on training and laboratory manuals, produced more than 600 online video courses, and amassed over 200 multimedia teaching resources, thereby establishing a comprehensive and content‑rich educational resource library. With a well‑structured curriculum, a strong faculty, and outstanding teaching outcomes, the school is committed to delivering the highest‑quality training experiences, helping learners enhance their technical expertise and practical skills, and contributing to the industry by cultivating a greater pool of highly qualified, skilled professionals.
