Product Overview

The equipment primarily comprises a 2D intelligent vision unit, a 3D intelligent vision unit, a robotic workstation, an electrical control system, a high-precision bionic manipulator, a controlled-object module, a detection-module suite, an industrial PC, and various accessories.

Through hands-on training with this experimental setup, learners will master the principles and calibration techniques of 2D vision, enabling applications such as planar object localization, presence/absence detection, and character recognition; they will also gain expertise in 3D visual point‑cloud processing and 3D modeling, supporting 3D spatial localization, pose estimation, and dimensional measurement. Additionally, they will learn to train and optimize deep learning models for complex tasks including image classification, object detection, and character recognition. The course covers the fundamental principles and system integration methods of AI‑based speech and gesture recognition, fostering natural human–robot interaction, and equips participants with the skills to perform kinematic calibration, trajectory planning, and programmatic control of industrial robots and high‑precision manipulators. Finally, students will acquire proficiency in calibrating and integrating eye‑hand coordination systems, enabling precision robotic operations guided by vision.
