Product Overview
The multi-axis motion control integrated training platform is an industrial‑manufacturing‑oriented teaching and hands‑on training system. It comprises a PLC controller, a touch screen, a Siemens S120 servo drive system, a Siemens G120 variable‑frequency drive system, an assembly conveyor line, a multi‑axis Cartesian handling device, a linear conveyor line, a shaft‑type material feeding system, a warehousing system, and an industrial PC unit. The entire system enables coordinated control of multiple motion axes, allowing for the execution of processes such as workpiece assembly, handling, and inbound/outbound storage, thereby faithfully replicating real‑world industrial production workflows. This platform can support practical training courses covering multi‑axis coordination, motion control, PLC programming, touch‑screen operation, sensor applications, and related technologies.
