PLC Technology Application Training Platform Centered around the Siemens S7‑1200 PLC as the control core, the system integrates a range of components, including a Siemens color HMI, a Siemens industrial Ethernet switch, standard Siemens variable-frequency drives, physical units for three-phase induction motor control and DC motor control, belt‑conveyor and sensor‑detection modules, temperature‑control modules, a PLC interface module, a multifunction I/O module, a color‑smart controlled‑object module, visualization‑oriented digital simulation software, and 3D digital models of workstation clusters. This platform meets the instructional requirements for laboratory and hands‑on training in programmable controller theory and engineering applications courses at various types of educational institutions.
