Drive system
1. The independently developed differential‑drive configuration, featuring high‑precision angular steering control, ensures reliable drive and steering performance for the entire vehicle. Equipped with efficient AC servo motors, it delivers rapid motion response, smooth start‑stop operation, precise positioning, and extended service life.
2. Control System: The vehicle‑mounted, standalone control cabinet integrates an industrial‑grade PLC as the central controller. Compared with circuit‑board‑based control, this design significantly enhances the system’s computational speed, stability, and anti‑interference performance, while simplifying programming and path planning.
3. Lifting System: Featuring PLC control and an independent hydraulic lifting system equipped with high-precision displacement sensors, the forklift’s mast can start and stop precisely at any position. Operating height can be easily set via software, significantly enhancing both the accuracy and flexibility of loading heights.
4. Communication System: The PLC control system is equipped with a wireless communication module and a handheld remote-control console, enabling seamless remote dispatching, wireless communication, traffic management, and manual remote operation, thereby ensuring the real-time performance and reliability of information exchange.
5. Guidance System: Options include electromagnetic induction, laser navigation, and image‑based guidance, offering high precision and excellent controllability. For complex routes with numerous stops, RFID is integrated to ensure reliable stop identification, enabling optimal path planning and flexible resource allocation across multiple stations.
6. Obstacle‑avoidance system: Offers multiple obstacle‑avoidance methods, including laser, photoelectric, infrared, and ultrasonic sensors, complemented by the robot’s built-in mechanical collision‑sensing sensors, to create an all‑round obstacle‑avoidance protection network that effectively mitigates various potential hazards during operation.
7. Operating System: Equipped with an in-vehicle color touchscreen and a wireless multi-function handheld control unit, it offers convenient human–machine interaction, enabling real-time situational awareness. With simple operations, users can also configure waypoints and plan routes.
8. Warning System: The AGV is equipped with audible, visual, and voice‑based alarm functions, enables automatic fault diagnosis and on‑screen operator prompts, and provides real-time feedback on task progress and unexpected events, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
9. Power System: Equipped with a high-capacity lead-acid battery, a bright color‑display battery level indicator, and voice prompts, this system not only provides an intuitive readout of the battery’s state of charge but also greatly simplifies scheduling the device’s operating time, thereby effectively extending battery life.
