Product Overview

The equipment primarily comprises a 2D intelligent vision unit, a 3D intelligent vision unit, an industrial lens kit, a lighting kit, a robotic workstation, an electrical control system, tooling and fixture assemblies along with the controlled‑object module, a detection‑module kit, a base cart for the work platform, and various accessories. It is designed to support a range of applications in the smart manufacturing domain, including visual appearance inspection, guidance and positioning, defect detection, visual measurement, and visual recognition. The program places particular emphasis on developing competencies in visual‑system design and validation, programming and debugging, as well as installation and maintenance, thereby cultivating knowledge‑driven, application‑oriented professionals for industries such as non‑standard automation equipment manufacturing, standard equipment production, semiconductor and electronics manufacturing, 3C electronics integration, and automotive manufacturing. The curriculum covers machine‑vision technologies (2D/3D), robotics, control science and engineering, computer science and technology, computer application technology, PLC principles and applications, industrial networking, mechatronic system design and implementation, sensor‑based sensing technologies, mechanical transmission and control, pneumatic technology, motor control, human–machine interface technologies, intelligent control, and the installation, commissioning, and operation of automated production‑line workstations. In addition, it provides hands‑on training to foster teamwork, collaboration, organizational skills, and design‑development capabilities.
