Product Overview
The process control system consists of an aluminum‑profile frame, a bridge‑type control box, a power supply unit, a button unit, a PLC control unit, a human–machine interface unit, a variable‑frequency drive unit, an intelligent instrument unit, a water supply tank, a water reservoir, a cylindrical tank, a horizontal multistage pump, a horizontal circulation pump, a transparent vessel, sensors, an electrically actuated control valve, a turbine flowmeter, a pressure transmitter, a heating unit, a piping system, and interface modules. This setup supports a variety of typical process‑control applications, including liquid‑level control, constant‑pressure water supply, and temperature PID regulation. The platform can meet the training requirements of courses related to process control, sensor measurement, PID control, and variable‑frequency pump drives.
