Product Overview
The industrial sensing and inspection training system centers on machine vision and intelligent sensors, seamlessly integrating them with PLC control and pneumatic technologies. It supports a wide range of applications, including machine‑vision hand‑eye calibration, material sorting, dimensional measurement, character recognition, and assembly operations. The system can also perform measurements of material properties, color, material type, position, weight, temperature, vibration, illuminance, temperature and humidity, carbon dioxide levels, and PM2.5 concentrations, covering various signal acquisition types and communication protocols commonly used in industry—such as discrete signals, analog signals, pulse outputs, RS‑485, Modbus‑TCP, and Ethernet. Additionally, it enables hands‑on training in machine‑vision applications, pneumatic control, rotary encoder operation, DC motor control, industrial network technologies, sensor‑based detection, and PID control.
