The robotic system integration competition platform is centered around the FANUC LR‑Mate 200iD industrial robot, with the SIEMENS S7‑1200 CPU1215C DC/DC/DC PLC serving as the core controller. It is complemented by an industrial smart camera vision system, a color touchscreen unit, a quick‑change tooling device, industrial robot mechanical gripper components, palletizing and depalletizing units, a curved‑trajectory training module, a planar‑drawing trajectory training module, a puzzle‑assembly training module, a square‑material feeding unit, a conveyor belt unit, a sensor‑based positioning and detection unit, a three‑dimensional warehouse storage unit, an automatic material‑cup feeding unit, a lid‑feeding unit, a pressing unit, a simulated CNC machining unit, a grinding‑machine unit, a hands‑on training material kit, a tool‑coordinate calibration kit, material trays, and an industrial robot support baseplate, among other components.

The work units adopt an electromechanical integrated design, with the mounting components and interface modules for the sensors and actuators (such as motors and solenoid valves) independently consolidated into a single unit. Within each work unit, the individual components are connected to the controller via standardized interfaces, enhancing the flexibility of module and unit combinations. Teachers and students can independently design various projects to reconfigure the units within the equipment, and they can also develop custom control units tailored for use with the system.
