PLC Electrical Control Training Platform Centered around the Siemens S7‑1200 PLC as the control core, the system integrates a Siemens color HMI, a Siemens industrial Ethernet switch, standard Siemens variable-frequency drives, the Siemens V90 servo drive system, a stepper motion control system, a DC motion control system, physical‑unit modules for three‑phase induction motor control, stepper motor control, and DC motor control, as well as belt‑conveyor and inspection modules, temperature‑control modules, visualized digital simulation software, and 3D digital models of various application scenarios. The platform meets the instructional requirements for laboratory and hands‑on training in programmable controller principles and engineering applications across different types of educational institutions.
