The machine vision technology application platform centers on machine vision and integrates seamlessly with intelligent robotic arms, PLC control systems, and pneumatic technologies, enabling a wide range of applications including hand–eye calibration, material sorting, dimensional measurement, defect detection, character recognition, and assembly operations.

This platform can meet the instructional and hands-on training requirements for foundational machine vision concepts, lens selection principles and methods, lighting selection principles and methods, graphical programming of intelligent robotic arms, script-based programming of intelligent robotic arms, communication between vision systems and robotic arms, communication between vision systems and PLCs, communication between PLCs and robotic arms, as well as the integrated application of machine vision technologies.
